The way appointments are booked is changing :

From Tuesday 5^th May 2026, we are changing the way appointments are booked. We will be moving to Total Triage. This is a digital healthcare system used by GP practices to manage patient requests more efficiently. This means you will have to submit an online Patchs form which will be reviewed and triaged by the clinician and actioned appropriately.

You are able to access Patchs via your NHS app.
