Here at Mark Street Surgery we welcome any comments that you wish to make. 


Our aim is to provide patients with high quality care whilst also being friendly and efficient.  Our Practice Manager, Miss Rebecca Caygill, can be contacted if you wish to discuss non-medical aspects of your care or any administrative issues. 

We also have a suggestion box in reception for any comments you wish to make. 

The Practice has a Complaints Procedure which aims to deal with any concerns you have efficiently.  Whilst we hope that any concerns can be dealt with by the person concerned as soon as they arise, occasionally you may not feel that this is the case and may wish to make a complaint.  Please ask for a copy of the complaints procedure at reception or click on the link for more information
